Meet Erica! The face behind Home on Dover. Erica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Interior Design from Chico State University and spent eight years designing office spaces for tech companies across the Silicon Valley and the U.S.

Through both her professional background and personal experience, Erica developed a deep appreciation for the impact our surroundings have on daily living. She believes thoughtful design goes beyond aesthetics; that a well-designed space can influence your mood, routines, productivity, and overall sense of well-being.

With a passion for creating beautiful spaces and meticulous attention detail, Erica specializes in helping clients thoughtfully transform the spaces they use most. Her approach is rooted in the belief that your home should reflect who you are, support the life you’re building, and feel like a place you truly love coming home to.

Outside of design (and constantly rearranging every corner of her own home), Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, baking, running, and getting lost in a good suspense novel. It’s this love for the rhythms of everyday life that continues to shape the way she approaches design.
